I grew up in Dunwoody, Georgia and graduated from Dunwoody High School. I received my Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Georgia and Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Tennessee. I hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association and a current Georgia License in Speech-Language Pathology.
I have been a practicing speech-language pathologist for 17 years. This is my 2nd year working for Buford City Schools. I have worked in early intervention, clinical, and school settings with clients and students ranging in age from birth through adulthood. I am currently serving the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade students at Buford Academy. It is a joy to work with these students and see them improve their communication skills.
Away from school, I love spending time with my family. Favorite activities include travel, attending my son’s various sporting events, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs!
Schedule: Monday through Friday at Buford Academy 7:30-3:30
